Note: The positions of PPR genes on each chromosome are marked in the Overview and Region panels. PPR motifs are coloured using the scheme of Lurin et al. (2004). A "Best Rice PPR Hits" track in the Arabidopsis browser displays the best BLASTP hit among rice PPR proteins for each Arabidopsis protein. Clicking on the best hit takes you to that gene in the Rice PPR Genome Browser. Similarly, there is a "Best Arabidopsis PPR Hits" track in the Rice browser.
