 LC-MS comprising Agilent 1100 capillary and nano LC system and Agilent XTC Ultra ion trap MSD with both ESI and nano-spray sources.


DIONEX ion chromatography
Dionex ICS 3000 dual LC system with an eluent generator and conductivity and electrochemical detectors. Chromeleon software.


LC-MS (Q-TOF)
Agilent 6510 Quadrupole Time-of-Flight MS with HPLC-Chip Cube interface which provides interface for nanospray analysis of samples.

LC-MS/MS or MALDI-MS/MS (in the School of Biomedical, Biomolecular and Chemical Sciences)
Agilent nano and capillary 2D LC system with an Applied Biosystems ESI-Q-STAR Pulsar tandem MS (QqTOF) with additional MALDI source.

LECO Pegasus III 4D GCxGC System. GERSTEL automated sample preparation and sample introduction system.
